• No attempts to bypass security or abuse rate limits.

We and our licensors own the service, including software, design and branding. You retain your rights in your Inputs. Subject to applicable law and the rights of others in your Inputs, you may use Outputs you generate.

6. Privacy

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if your use poses risk to the service or others. You may stop using the service at any time.

8. Disclaimers

The service and Outputs are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
